Rental rates are based upon the dates reserved by the guest. Rental rates are either Regular Rates or Peak Rates. Peak Rates are charged for the Christmas, New Year or Easter periods. The exact days on which Peak Rates will be charged will vary from year to year as determined by the host. Regular Rates will be charged for all days which are not Peak Rate days.
Regular Rates and Peak Rates will be up-dated, from time to time, by the host. As of January 1, 2022:
a. The Regular Rate per day will be $220 U.S. dollar, and
b. The Peak Rate per day will be $255 U.S. dollar.
A discount on Regular Rates and Peak Rates will be offered as follows:
a. For rentals of between seven and twenty-nine days, a discount of 10% will be offered;
b. For rentals of thirty days or more, a discount of 30% will be offered; and
c. No discount will be offered for rentals of fewer than seven days and no request for a rental period of fewer than three days will be accepted by the host.
Payment
The full amount of the applicable rental rate for the entire period reserved must be paid by the guest at the time of reservation. Until payment of the full rental amount is made no reservation will come into existence.
The Casa Donna reservation cancellation policy is:
a. If the guest shall cancel the reservation more than thirty days before the commencement date of the reservation, the host shall refund one half of the full amount actually paid by the guest to the host; and
b. If the guest shall cancel the reservation thirty days or less before the commencement date of the reservation, the host shall have no obligation to refund any portion of the full amount actually paid by the guest to the host and such amount shall be forfeit by the guest.
Payment of rent shall be made by e transfer or cash payment to the host. Payments by cheque or credit card will not be accepted.
