The guest agrees to be legally bound and to comply with the terms of these rules and further agrees to ensure that all persons staying at Casa Donna during the guest’s reservation also comply with these rules.
The guest’s party shall not exceed five persons without the prior express written consent of the host.
The guest shall ensure that all members of the guest’s party:
a. Behave in a respectful manner towards the neighbors of Casa Donna.
b. Cooperate with the reasonable requests and directions of the professional property manager of Casa Donna.
c. Accept responsibility to pay for all damage caused to Casa Donna by any member of the guest’s party during the guest’s reservation.
d. Not smoke.
e. Not hold social events.
f. Not take house towels to the beach.
g. Turn off bedroom air conditioners when leaving the room.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the host:
a. Check in time at Casa Donna shall be 3pm on the day of the guest’s reservation; and
b. Check out time at Casa Donna shall be 11am.
Pets will not be allowed without the express written consent of the host.
There will be a $75 Canadian dollar fee charged for lost keys.
Casa Donna has a unique design which includes multiple staircases which may make it unsuitable for members of the guest’s party who are under five years of age. It also may not be suitable for someone who has difficulty with stairs. The guest acknowledges receipt of this information prior to making the guest’s reservation.
The guest acknowledges that the guest has read and understood the terms of these Rules of Use prior to making the guest’s reservation.
